Dutch national Lieke Schröder works at the intersection of foreign investment projects, project management, and investor guidance. With a strong understanding of the local landscape, she helps foreign investors navigate the complexities of doing business in Sri Lanka, building bridges between international expectations and local realities.
She has managed a 220-acre integrated agriculture project in the northern region, combining coconut farming, agriculture, and livestock development to support rural growth and sustainability. This work was deeply rooted in community development and the empowerment of women and youth.
She is also the founder of Beyond The Dutch, a NGO focused on promoting self-sufficiency and entrepreneurship among war-affected communities, with a strong emphasis on inclusive growth and long-term impact.
